SYIS Facilitators
International Training Partners (ITP) is largely an organization of volunteer facilitators who are committed to life change and the enhanced ministry effectiveness of their peers. They sacrificially give of their time (and often their finances) to lead SYIS workshops around the world in benefit to people serving in cross-cultural ministry within their own as well as other organizations.

More than 500 SYIS facilitators have been trained from thirty-six nationalities, representing over eighty organizations.

ITP Volunteers
Several friends of ITP in different locations volunteer their time to assist with administrative tasks in support of the workshop ministry around the world.

ITP Staff
Only a few staff members serve full-time through ITP. Their role is to support the volunteer facilitator network, provide on going training, and coordinate workshop offerings both regionally and globally.
